Easy to Contact, and helpful staff amending some changes I needed to make to my booking.
1) Allow one person to make a card payment for more than one person even though they may not travel together for all or part of the journey.2) Allow the insertion of ' when this is in a name, eg O'Connor3) When making a reservation make sure it is the same as that requested by the customer.4) Improve the understanding of the English language of those assistants serving UK customers5) When promising to undertake a particular action, then do so.6) Improve overall efficiency
My experience started well; everything was quite simple to do and I felt I had got a good deal. However, my flights have been changed post-payment close to my travel dates which has caused problems with my accommodation and parking bookings. I feel as though I have been deliberately misled and trapped into making a bad decision. Had I known the service I booked and paid for would be changed at random, I would have gone elsewhere.
I booked a flight through Travelpack's website and paid extra for additional legroom. On neither the outward or return leg was this provided, despite flagging this up on the day I was returning. I eventually received my refund today after 8 weeks of constant chasing. Without doubt some of the worst customer service I've ever had!
