Tried calling TRAVELPACK multiple times but the connection was so bad that virtually nothing could be heard. Operator promised to get back to me with a piece of information but she never did. Tried to email them but hey never replied. Very frustrating experience

If I could leave a lower scored review then I would. PLEASE BE AWARE THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL TRAVEL AGENT I HAVE BOOKED THROUGH. Ttravepack were quick to take my money but offered NO HELP OR SUPPORT during the current Coronavirus pandemic.They failed to tell me my flight had been cancelled (I found out my monitoring the situation myself).They failed to respond to over 15 emails asking for help/guidance/support on what I could do whilst being stranded in South Africa. They failed to answer or return any of my calls.I gave plenty of opportunity for them to offer assistance (making contact with them within 4 days of my flight, and 3 days, and 2 days, and 1 day) but I had nothing back except one email which showed they had no concept of what was happening, and advised I may not be able to get any kind of refund....I appreciate this is an unprecedented time with Covid-19, but they did nothing to help me. AND I MEAN NOTHING. I will be pursuing this further with the Ombudsman to try and recover some of my costs. PLEASE BE AWARE THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL TRAVEL AGENT I HAVE BOOKED THROUGH.
Very poor customer service. Have sent two emails about my cancelled flight and not had a reply of any kind.Not even an acknowledgement. And it’s impossible to get through on the phone.
DO NOT USE..took my money. Flight was cancelled- ie they cancelled the flight. And now no refund. Wont answer their phones. Wont answer emails. DO NOT USE.
My flight is cancelled and i want my refund but no one receiving a call.I called several time it's went on queue and when ever i came on queue number 2(After 40 to 50 mins) phone goes silent.Is it a joke ???? Very Bad service wont be using again never recommend to any one.
Recently booked to travel for holiday, but couldn’t go because of coronavirus lockdown by Foreign Office. The Travelpack rep was very helpful despite working around the clock. Manage to help me postpone my trip for 6mths.
In view of the Corona situation, I wanted to move my return flight earlier but greedy Travelpack wanted £158 per person. Few days later, Corona circumstances worsened. Luckily I managed to speak to the airline directly, they said there is no charge from the airline to change the dates but the travel agent may charge you a tenner to do the job. Armed with this information, I went personally to Travelpack's office in Vadodara. LOL, they said they will do it for free but there are extra taxes to pay £33.50. I am still stuck in Vadodara because of the lockdown

Booking really easy and got a good deal. Communcation was good but checking in with the airline was a bit difficult as my booking codes weren't recognised.
The booking process was easy, however the very short limit on the first name field means I had to choose one of my first names and so do not fully match my passport details, which I hope will be fine.
We have been delighted with all stages of our experience, especially over changing our flight to come back early, due Covid19.

Travel pack did not warn me about flight rescheduleds cancellations because of the Corona Virus , now i feel like ive wasted £700 of well earnt money
