Itinerary:
Day 01: Arrive Trivandrum
Arrive at Trivandrum airport later this morning or afternoon. Welcome to India !!!
Meet and greet at the airport upon arrival by our airport representative and transfer to your Resort “Somatheeram Ayurveda Beach Resort” at Kovalam (approx. 45 minutes drive) for check in.

This evening you will consult with your Doctor here at the resort before you go ahead with the following packages:-
Ayurveda pachakarma & Rasayana Package – 1, Rejuvenation Therapy
Ayurveda Panchakarma Package – 2 , Body Purification Therapy
Ayurveda Panchakarma & Rasayana Package – 3 , Immunization Therapy

Day 02 - Day 06: In Somatheeram Ayurveda Village
Breakfast at the hotel.
Enjoy your one week Ayurveda (Rejuvenation) as per the attached document.
Lunch, dinner and Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 07: Kovalam – Trivnadrum & Out
In time transfer to Trivandrum airport to board flight for onward destination.
