Yoga in Sanskrit means “Union” between Jivatman and Paramatman. That is between one’s individual consciousness and universal consciousness. This yoga tour takes you through the various yoga teachings under a trained yoga teacher. For the beginner our program offers an introductory course about yoga and for the regulars in yoga it gives depth knowledge.
Day 1: Arrive Delhi, welcome, meet and assist at the airport and transfer to Hotel Oberoi Maidens. Overnight stay.
Day 2: Delhi/Haridwar, by train, In time transfer to railway station to board train for Haridwar. Upon arrival transfer by Rickshaw (Rickshaw Ride) to Hotel The Haveli Hari Ganga. Later, you will have an introduction with your yoga instructor to discuss your prior knowledge about yoga and details about your yoga sessions to be held from next day onwards.
Evening visit Har Ki Pauri to witness Ganga Aarti (prayer in devotion of Holy river Ganges).
Day 3: Haridwar (Sightseeing). Morning and evening yoga sessions with your yoga instructor. Optional sightseeing. Overnight Stay
Day 4: Haridwar/Rishikesh/Haridwar. Morning and evening yoga sessions with your yoga instructor. Afternoon excursion to the birth town of Hatha yoga - Rishikesh. Visit Ramjhula, Lakschmanjhula and various yoga ashrams in the town. Overnight stay.
Day 5: Haridwar (Rajaji National Park) Morning and evening yoga sessions with your yoga instructor. Afternoon visit Rajaji National Park (Chilla) for a jeep safari (elephant safari subject
to availability). Rajaji National Park is famous for its wild elephants (also known as tuskers). Overnight stay.
Day 6: Haridwar, (Patanjali Yog Peeth). Morning and evening yoga sessions with your yoga instructor. Afternoon visit Patanjali Yog Peeth which is an institution for treatment and research on Yoga and Ayurveda setup by famous yoga teacher Swami Ramdev Maharaj ji. Overnight stay.
Day 7: Haridwa/Deli, by train. Morning yoga sessions with your yoga instructor. Day at leisure for souvenir shopping or to explore town on your own. Evening transfer to railway station to board train for Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi transfer to Hotel Oberoi Maidens.
Day 8: Delhi/Onward journey In time transfer to international airport to board flight for onward journey.
